"Losin' Susan" (Memorial to past lovers and starting anew)

S
herri left with the wind on sun tortured noon

S
ally's song played memory's gasp, of past emotion burned lifeless ash

S
arah's pew washed under Good Friday's blood cleansed affection for her pulled out to infinitie's sea

S
ydney's window's of blue that guarded me from wicked orbes colored coffee lay slayed by new Spaniard's brown with life reflected off enchanted covered Flamenco gowned

S
hannon lost sight of me before without effection for the warmth of her door, I should return never more

But as never was thought what is as freeing as loving is the power of forgetting
'Tis not an ability so easy but only at a time God decrease fitting

To move on to new adventures, as to numb the discomfort of past echoes
Toward all loves past I collectively claim, calling you by a shared new identified name

I gladly say that I feel fine
To be LOSIN' SUSAN!
