It’s the last day of it all
September, this 30th day
Is all to me at least
If it can’t be-my last wearied breathed
Fervid day alive
1 million breaths from now
In
Heaven’s gate illuminating stands
So many Septembers, Octobers from now
Proclaim it from any solitude, pillowed bed
The radiating light burning out orbs of sin
Shortcomings, pains-sufferings
Christ’s embrace shakes my soul
Quaking, tempting-tear stained
spasmodic body filled
‘Till I reach His embrace
Many Septembers from now
90’s pop artist Martika’s thy ‘Will Be Done’ was the inspiration for this piece. Which was originally written by the late phenom Prince., who was a Jehova’s Witness. This song, melodically is one of the most potent ever produced in my mind. Use caution while listening. It will transport you to the gates of heaven and give a glimpse of the essence of God. This is a piece about any individual looking back on their lives in the waning days of their time here on earth. It’s also, features someone youthful looking ahead to that time as the other observer is about to pass into eternity. The perfection of Christ burns out anything impure taken from earth. It will be a moment so blissfully blinding it would evaporate us in human form only. Yet in perfected, eternal bodies there experience is ecstasy.
